Piren Bistrano is a
premiere and unique resort located on a class 5 sim with
scenic view and lush landscapes.
Between mountainous trails and exquisite beaches you will
locate our clean and classy picturesque boardwalk that is
attracting some of the most creative builders, scripters and
designers in Second Life as well as hosting new and upcoming
talented artisans.

Basic Price Structures
Commercial Rental Rates:
Full store - 1000L per week/250 prims (Full store owners are
allowed customized interiors)
½ store – 500L per week / 125 prims
¼ store – 250L per week/ 63 prims
Cart space – 150 per week / 30 prims
Residential Rental Rates:
2048 Parcels
- Prim allowance is 400 prims. (Prim
count does not include the preset structure)
- Rental cost is 1000L per week
1024 parcels
- Prim allowance is 400 prims. (Prim count
does not include the preset structure.)
- Rental cost is 650L per week.
Sim Rules and Terms of Rentals
To keep Piren Bistrano low lag and retain the
high end presence please respect and follow the following
rules of the Sim.
Commercial Vendors:
- You must join the Piren Bistrano Resort Group in order to
rez your objects. Contact Myth Dibou or Nectere Niven once
you have paid the rental box to be added to the group.
- Scripted vendors are only allowed in cart rentals.
- No shouting vendors or excessively scripted items are
allowed.
- Items with floating text may not show in adjoining
structures not rented by leasee
- Outside signage must be against the front wall only and no
higher than the building
- Any items placed outside of the rented structure must be
pre-approved by Nectere Niven or Myth Dibou.
- The interior or exterior of the structure may not be
change with the exception of full store rentals. Full store
renters have the opportunity to customize the interior of
their store.
- The sim is not to be used for personal building/creating
without the consent of Nectere Niven or Myth Dibou.
Residential Renters:
- Please join the Piren Bistrano Resort Group by contacting
Nectere Niven or Myth Dibou for your invitation to the
group. (You are only allowed to rez items if you have your
group tag on.)
- Residential properties are to be used for living purposes
only. No business or commercial use of residential rentals
is allowed.
- Buildings that are preset on the parcels are preferred.
Any other housing that is chosen should fit the modern beach
living theme only and may not be oversized to the lot or
excessive in height. Exterior colors other than light creams
and wood trim must be pre-approved by Nectere Niven or Myth
Dibou.
Rules for all visitors and renters:
- The Sim is for exploring and to be enjoyed, but do not
impose or trespass on someone’s property without permission.
- Do not build on the Sim (including your rented parcel)
without the consent of Nectere Niven or Myth Dibou.
- Mature pose balls set out for personal use to enhance
romance or fun is perfectly acceptable out in the open as
long as it is not a sexual animation and is removed when you
are done. (Not everyone is a voyeur.)
Perks of being a Piren Bistrano Resort sim member:
- Use of any items set to group within public areas
- Abilities to rez objects for personal enjoyment (items
rezzed outside of rental must be removed after use.
- Receive notices of sales events in case you want to
participate
- Receive notices of sim events in case you would like to
coincide a sale
- Opportunity to have your events announced to group members
(must provide Myth Dibou or Nectere Niven with note card of
the event and any graphic that you want attached – only the
owners have permissions to make announcements to the group.)
*** In closing just remember the golden rule of do unto
others as you would have done to you. Be respectful of your
neighbor and the sim so that it will retain the high level
quality that you want for your customers and your friends.
