My First Land was on a brand new Sim, Yamma Yamma. Fortunately, Prize Pyle was the developer of the neighboring Sim, Watarrka Park. I have since sold my properties in Yamma Yamma and purchased multiple properties in Prize's Sim. You could not ask for a better developer than Prize as the following images will show.
